Information for New Patients

Dr. Kassam is accepting family members of current patients who meet one of the following criteria:

• Their family physician has retired or changed practice type

• Their family physician has moved to a new community

• The family member has relocated to the area

• They are aging out of their pediatrician’s care

Patients seeking a family physician in Ontario may also register with Health Care Connect, a provincial service that helps connect individuals with a primary care provider when one becomes available.
